• A supplement of US $ 40.00 per person per day will apply to all bookings on the 24th,  25th, 26th and 31st  December and 1st January
• A supplement of US $ 35.00 per person per day will apply to all bookings between Friday 6th April and Monday 9th April (for all 4 days) as Easter holiday surcharge

• Ground transportation in a 8 seater or 6 seater 4x4 safari vehicle with English speaking Driver guide:-8 Seater Safari Vehicle has 6 window seats (in the passenger cabin) and 1 window seat next to the driver (in front), 6 Seater Safari Vehicle has 4 window seats (in the passenger cabin) and 1 window seat next to the driver (in front)
• Game drives and park entry fees
• Services of Leopard Tours staff

Prices do not include:

• Visas (currently US$ 50 per person)
• Inoculations and personal insurance
• Domestic & International flights and departure taxes (Quoted separately where applicable)
• Optional activities and excursions
• Drinks, tips, laundry, mineral water and other personal expenses
• Medical, Travel and Baggage Insurance
• Holiday Surcharge

Please Note:
1.  Rooming Policy with Serena Lodges  - Serena Hotels will confirm up to a maximum of five singles per group at single room rate as contract rate. Any additional single rooms will be charged at double room contract rate.

2.  Soft-sided luggage or duffels are preferable to hard luggage for storage on safari vehicles within East Africa. Large suitcases of dimensions greater than 24"x 17"x 7" are impossible to store in vehicles and on aircraft and should not be used. (Baggage and personal effects are at owner's risk throughout the tour and baggage insurance for members is strongly advised).

3.  Baggage on Scheduled Flights:
Baggage allowance is 15 kg per person. Extra luggage will be charged at US$ 2 per extra kilo subject to availability of space.

4.  Hot Air Balloon ride – package rates includes:
Transport from client’s lodge or camp to launch site, balloon flight (approx. one hour), champagne, full English breakfast in the bust, return road transfer to Seronera and a flight certificate.

5. No special rate for children. Children below 7 years are not allowed.  Children 7 between 12 years are carried on request only.

6. There may be some departures operated on a re-routed version depending on the status given, but reflecting same experience and number of game drives.
